Shipping policy


Processing Times



Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day



Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.


Please note: Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.



Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.



Shipping Locations



We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time (optional—can be changed).



Lost or Damaged Packages



If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

For lost packages, please reach out so we can assist with filing a claim or replacing your order when possible.



Incorrect Address Policy



Please double-check your shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
